Great Strength, is not allowed...

Septembers monthly challenge from the discord group, "The mechanical arm gave him great strength" which i interpreted as "The mechanical arm gave him great strength... too much to be allowed", What i was going for was these shady government enforcer type characters are hunting this guy for his illegal mechanical arm, i went for the symbolism of the downward facing triangle for oppression and the rebellious graffiti reversing that, sorta tried to match the colours to let the viewer know that the mechanical arm guy might be part of some rebellious movement.
